The façade of the building demonstrates a harmonious combination of natural shades of granite from light grey to sandy, creating an impression of style and stability. Modern ice lighting gives the building a special charm after sunset, emphasising the uniqueness of the architectural lines and the texture of the cladding materials.
An additional emphasis on the modernity and lightness of the exterior is made by the use of glass fences and profiles, which not only ensures safety but also visually expands the space, creating a sense of openness and connection with the environment.
