Interior design project

The process of creating the perfect interior begins with detailed stages of design project development, each of which requires attention and professional approach. From defining the technical tasks to bringing the vision to life through visualisations and technical documentation, we work to ensure a flawless result.
01

Development and approval of the terms of reference

The first step in creating the perfect interior design project begins with the detailed development and approval of the terms of reference, which becomes the foundation for all further design. This process not only lays the groundwork for effective interaction between the designer and the client, but also defines the key areas of work, from space planning to the choice of materials. Attention to detail at this stage ensures that every aspect of the project is tailored to the client’s individual preferences and needs

Taking measurements of the premises

Detailed architectural measurements of an object form the basis of a design project. The process requires precise measurement of every element of the space, including wall lengths, heights, slopes, doorways, ledges, bumps, utility locations and other features to ensure accurate and harmonious planning.

Inventorying and compiling a list of the customer's finishing materials, furniture and equipment

This stage involves collecting information about all available finishing materials, furniture and equipment that the customer plans to use in the project. This inventory helps the designer to take into account all the details to create a harmonious and functional space.

Preparation of the terms of reference

At this stage, a detailed conversation with the customer takes place to determine all the requirements and wishes for the future design. Discussion of zoning, functionality, choice of materials and finishes, budget planning – all this takes place at this stage to ensure that the final result meets the customer’s expectations as much as possible.

Development and approval of architectural and planning solutions and plans with furniture and equipment

Planning solutions are developed, including the arrangement of furniture and equipment. This process helps to visualise the future space and ensure its functionality and comfort. This stage involves not only the development of planning solutions that determine the optimal arrangement of furniture and equipment, but also their approval by the customer. This process is key to visualising and further implementing the future space, ensuring its maximum functionality and comfort. Approval of the plans ensures the customer’s consent and confidence in the correctness of the chosen solutions, which allows you to move on to the next steps of the project with a clear idea of the final result.

Development of an actual floor plan with dimensions

The actual floor plan includes the exact dimensions and location of all design elements. This step is necessary for the exact implementation of the designer’s intentions and takes into account all architectural features and customer wishes.
02

Development of visualisations

The stage of developing visualisations is a key one in the process of creating an interior design project, as it allows the customer and the designer to visually evaluate all previous developments and make the necessary adjustments to the final result. At this stage, stylistic solutions are created that help to see the future interior in all its beauty and functionality.

The use of computer graphics makes it possible to “bring the project to life”, make it understandable and closer to reality. Such visualisation is used not only to assess the aesthetic appeal, but also for practical analysis of the correct arrangement of furniture, lighting, choice of colours and materials.

At this stage, the customer has the opportunity to actively interact with the designer, making suggestions and adjustments to the project. This allows us to finalise the details before finalising all project decisions. Sketches and draft visualisations become the basis for the final 3D visualisations, which demonstrate the project with all the changes and wishes of the customer.

After presenting the final 3D visualisation, the designer is ready to make up to three rounds of minor adjustments to adapt the project to the client’s final wishes, ensuring that the client’s vision is fully aligned with reality. However, in case the client decides to make fundamental changes to the design that differ significantly from the already approved project, such changes can be considered and implemented by additional agreement.
03

Preparation of working project documentation

The third stage in the development of an interior design project is the preparation of working project documentation, which is indispensable for the accurate and efficient implementation of the design concept into reality. This stage includes the creation of detailed drawings and plans, specifications that cover all aspects of the project – from space planning to the installation of furniture and equipment, finishing works, and utilities. Documentation provides all participants in the process with clear instructions and requirements, which facilitates coordinated work and reduces the risk of errors or misunderstandings during the project implementation.

Implementation of an interior design project

Upon completion of all stages of the interior design project, our team is ready to start construction and installation works, strictly following the developed project documentation. This allows us to guarantee high quality of work and accuracy of each design element. Thanks to our professional approach and the use of modern technologies, we ensure efficient project implementation within the agreed timeframe.

We carefully coordinate all processes, from the selection of materials to the final decoration of the premises, ensuring that each step is carried out with attention to detail and in line with the overall design concept. Our goal is to create a space that not only meets all the customer’s requirements, but also exceeds their expectations, turning the interior into an art of comfortable and functional living.
